Jamies Angel

My step-mother Jamie loved angels and had them as figurines and pictures all around her home. A few years ago I saw this one painting in her home by Charles Robinson. I liked it so much that I took a photograph of it. At the time that I took that picture I had no idea that she would be killed in a fire before I could ever visit her again. Most everything in her home was lost to the fire but I still had my copy of that painting. I decided to do my version of that piece and I dedicated the drawing as "Jamie's Angel" in her memory.

This piece is done mostly in pencil, but outlined with pen and ink.
